While the staff are generally friendly, the high parking fees and poor internet service could use some improvement. The pool was a bit chilly, but the design elements in the room were refreshing. we had a great time at the steigenberger hotel! the surroundings were pleasant, and the pool area was clean and nicely maintained. we especially loved the excellent breakfast spread, and the staff were very friendly and helpful during our stay. also, it's conveniently located near the golf club!
